BASELINE PROGRAM
A baseline in project management is a clearly defined starting point for your
project plan. It is a fixed reference point to measure and compare your project’s progress against. This allows you to assess the performance of your project over time, and it should include and cover the following :

MONITORING & CONTROLLING SHEETS
They are sheets created to oversees all the tasks and metrics necessary to ensure
that the approved and authorized project is within scope, on time, and on budget,
so that the project proceeds with minimal risk. Monitoring and Controlling process
is continuously performed throughout the life of the project by the following :
1- Progress of work.
2-Budget and Cash flow.
3-Resource (Labor and Non-labor)
4-The changes and Variations.
5-Delays and Area of Concerns.
