Contract Management
Draft Contract services
A Service Agreement is created when a service provider and a customer (or client)
exchange services for compensation. Written service agreements tend to be more
necessary when the terms of the contract become more complex or need to be
explained in more detail.
A written service contract describes the terms of service including a description of
the work, the price for the service, assurances, and more. It can also be used for
one specie job or an ongoing position that does not have an end date at the time
the contract is signed.
Contract Review
A contract review is a thorough examination of a legal agreement before it is
signed to ensure that everything stated in the document is clear, accurate, and that your company is comfortable moving forward, according to the terms of the agreement. After the agreement is signed initially, contract reviews are also important, leading up to specie contracting events such as:
re-negotiation or opt out windows. A contract review is typically your last opportunity to identify and
request needed changes before getting locked into an agreement.
CONTRACTUAL LETTERS & NOTICES
The contract letter represents the starting point of the official employment dispute
resolution between the parties , so it’s important that it’s comprehensive and well prepared, so that the opponents feels positive about their decision. It also serves to protect both parties by stipulating the responsibilities of each to avoid any debate about what’s expected at a later stage – it’s an important reference
point for early negotiations and later disputes. Another benefit for the candidate is to reassures them that the offer is genuine.
